Had biden given Ukraine the 'right weapons' and the green light Ukraine could have (and should have) demolished most of Russia's oil industry. Broken the 'Trans Siberia Rail Road'. And without fuel or N. Korean ammunition it is within the realm of reality that this war could have been ended a year ago.
As it is, Ukraine - a country with no Navy - sunk several Russian war ships and effectively drove them out of the Black Sea.
