My favourite revenue enhancement technique was back in the late 60's early 70's where a particular popular model of American descent, required an engine hoist and disconnecting the motor mounts to raise the engine in order to change the back two spark plugs - a V8 engine no less.

Then, you have to lower the tank when you replace it, which is a stupid and expensive engineering design flaw.  

...Whatcha mean stupid? It's made fortunes for automobile companies for ages. If I was King of the auto companies I would have the wheels and tires inside the gas tank. That way if ya has a flat we can double fkya.
