Congress fund and pass bills that were written by staff people. Bills that they haven’t read. And they let unelected bureaucrats (deep state) decide how to implement the bills.

The ATF comes to mind. Congress funds them,and then lets the ATF make up their own regulations/rules/laws.


Democrat Party. The party of Misery, Violence and Hate.

Re: “It’s the fault of congress. They don’t do their job.”Agreed. Something needs to be done to get congressmen to put their country ahead of their own cushy existences. But, of course, only Congress has the ability to do THAT.
