...I wuz thinkin it could either be the fuel pump or that relay that operates the fuel tank or the sensor that tells the fuel pump that the carb or fuel injection system was starved. I prefer hanging over the hood in 90 degree weather and spending money on parts that didn't fix anything before I actually discuss it with someone who knows what they are doing.
