with your logic, its okay for a MAN who is physically stronger than women to retaliate against a woman to the extent of possibly rendering the woman paralyzed?
THAT was WAY overkill. I would not like have liked that woman either but I don't believe it required a Body Slam on HARD surface that could easily have briken several bones or if she bashed her head on the pavement this idiot would be facing felony charges..
That was not defending oneself. That was PUNISHING someone to an extreme.
