Justice Thomas Exposes The Absurdity Of Nationwide Injunctions With One Simple Question
By: Shawn Fleetwood

...
In his response to Thomas, Sauer highlighted several examples of universal injunctions that he said began emerging in the early 1960s.

“So we survived until the 1960s without universal injunctions?” asked Thomas, to which Sauer replied, “That’s exactly correct.”

Below is my takeaway from the rest of the article - which IS worth reading in it's entirety.

Interesting - addresses our board discussions yesterday.
Predict that the Justices will NOT halt the onslaught of these 'injunctions/tro's' - and will continue ruling on their merits case by case. That presupposes that they will continue allowing the status quo - that the inferior courts may issue nationwide rulings. In effect, the SCOTUS is saying 'no way in hell' that they are going to voluntarily relinquish a USURPED judicial power.

In other words - they will take a pass - neither affirming nor denying that lower courts have proper jurisdiction to make such rulings.

The main 'catch phrases' that underlay the above reasoning/conclusion is the repeated mantra of the 'lower courts as a 'filtration' system' - engenders 'needed discussions' and so on so forth. Not a damn word one about 'proper jurisdiction' or 'blatant judicial overreach'.

To end this JUDICIAL INSURRECTION there is only one path of resistance that will succeed - legislation from Congress limiting the scope(s) of the lower courts.
