Why not? It's workin' for me.

I gotta confess, there is one other thing I'm doing. May is "black Fly" month. Our state has these ravenous little flying bloodsuckers about the size of ants, called "black flies." If you strip down and go outside at certain times, you can lose a pint of blood easy. They're my little helpers!

I have to agree with Fiz about losing the weight slowly.

Seems like I have heard too many times . . that folks who lose weight fast . . . Tend to gain it back just as fast. Plus a few.

I also believe that a combination of diet and exercise is the best way to go. (Sitting in front of this computer for several hours a day is NOT a good way to lose weight.)
