Good! I think it probably will, too! I had to go through some diet changes of my own, a long time ago, as I may have previously mentioned. And I'm thinking of tightening things up further, soon...which would require much more strict diet changes.

Re: “It is mainly the "Rat Poison" which deregulates homeostasis in the human body”
Thanks. I appreciate the advice. The analogy you picked is not the best though. Or maybe I am the wrong one for it - because "rat poison" is usually warfarin. Warfarin is a blood thinner. It is also the key medication that I take. Without it, you'd be having this conversation with someone else!Re: “When losing weight quickly, dehydration tends to constitute a signficant portion of the weight loss; so you hare hopefully drinking lots and lots of water?”I know a lot about dehydration. A second ailment I've got is called "diabetes insipidus." It causes the kidneys to produce too much urine and makes the sufferer thirsty ALL THE TIME. So, yeah, I've got a natural means of making sure dehydration doesn't happen. If I don't have enough to drink, my body tells me... QUICKLY.

I'm going to keep going with the diet as I have been. I intend to reach my target and THEN slow it down, with more cheating days but also periodic weigh-ins that let me know when I need to continue. (My long-term target is significantly more than 25 pounds. I'd like to get back to where doctors say a person my height should be. It's just a dream, but why not live big?) I've tested my will power with regard to food several times in the last year. I think what I'm doing will work.
