Investigative journalist James O’Keefe has released what he claims is the first-ever video footage from inside Jeffrey Epstein’s private island mansion, offering an unfiltered look at the infamous estate where countless allegations of child sex trafficking and abuse have swirled for years.
Published on Tuesday, the footage takes viewers inside the kitchen of Epstein’s main residence on Little St. James, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The island, long the focus of scrutiny over its alleged role in Epstein’s global trafficking ring, has until now only been seen through overhead drone shots and unauthorized still photos.
“Drones have flown overhead in the past, independent journalists have snuck ashore, but no footage or images from inside these buildings has ever been published until now,” O’Keefe explained in the video. “This footage was captured about a year after Epstein’s arrest.”
The video, which OMG confirms as authentic, shows a minimalist kitchen with stark white walls and stainless steel fixtures. But it’s one deeply disturbing piece of decor that is drawing particular attention: a framed photo above the kitchen table showing a nude baby sitting in a sink and holding a “phallic-shaped object.”
“Why did Jeffrey Epstein choose to place this image inside a kitchen where visitors would eat, cook, and entertain?” O’Keefe asked.

“We increasingly find ourselves in a circumstance where none of the criminals in the most powerful institutions in America are held to account for anything,” O’Keefe said. “And yet I report to you today, the truth always finds a way—and courage begets courage.”
The footage appears to line up with visual details seen in older drone videos—such as furniture placement and wall features visible through windows—further confirming the video’s legitimacy. OMG says it has verified the location and timeframe in which the footage was captured and promises more videos are on the way.
Little St. James is a privately owned island located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, east of Puerto Rico and south of St. Thomas. Spanning roughly 70 to 78 acres, the island was purchased in 1998 by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for approximately $7.95 million through a company he controlled called L.S.J. LLC. Following the purchase, Epstein began extensive development of the island, transforming it into a secluded compound that included a mansion, guest villas, a private dock, a helipad, and various outbuildings.

Though outwardly a luxury retreat, Little St. James would eventually become internationally infamous as the epicenter of Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking operation. Multiple accusers have testified that Epstein and his associates abused underage girls on the island, where they were flown in on private jets and, in some cases, allegedly coerced or forced into sexual activity with powerful guests. The island became known among Epstein’s critics as “Pedophile Island” and “Orgy Island.”
In 2019, after Epstein’s arrest on federal sex trafficking charges, federal agents raided Little St. James, seizing computers and documents as part of their investigation. Despite widespread interest, few details have emerged about the contents of those raids, and very little verified footage has been released from inside the buildings.
Epstein died under controversial circumstances in a Manhattan jail cell in August 2019, officially ruled a suicide, though many have questioned the conclusion. Since his death, the island has remained at the center of ongoing investigations and lawsuits related to Epstein’s estate, his alleged co-conspirators, and the powerful individuals who visited or had connections to Little St. James.
Calls for full transparency and accountability remain unresolved, as federal authorities continue to treat much of the island’s case materials as sealed or under review.
