No it will not result in ANY reduction. It WILL greatly increase legal fees by giving the bureau-craps yet another layer of garbage with which to hide agendas and feather the bloat.

The UNCONSTITUTIONAL creation of 'regulatory agencies' ILLEGALLY empowered non-elected potentates to make laws, both criminal and civil, not written and voted on by the LEGALLY ELECTED legislative branch.


REMOVE THIS POWER FROM REGULATORY AGENCIES ... TOTALLY.

Put it back where it is CONSITUTIONALLY mandated to be - in the hands of CONGRESS via REAL legislation and subject to PRESIDENTIAL signature or rejection.

That, and only that, will result in ANY 'reduction'.

And yes, it WILL make the job legislating tougher - AS IT SHOULD, AND MUST be.
