The article's point, I think, is that if the Democrats pass tons of laws whenever they're in control and the Republicans don't do the same, the country's downward slide is going to continue. But it all boils down to the nature of the laws.

Hey, fizzy! Instead of "left" and "right," maybe the political spectrum oughta be "downward" and "upward." Whadaya think?

For some strange reason . . .

I've had the opinion that the fewer 'bills' congress passes, the better.

(Unless they be passing 'abortion monster bills' or 'monstrous continueing resolutions' . . .
(And I would declare 'obamacare' to be one of those 'abortion monster bills' that NEVER should have been passed.)
