Of course, we do NOT know how her service was to these two customers, BUT if her service WAS excellent and with a smile ... which also means absolutely NO mention of BLM, whatsoever ... I would not have dinged her on the tip simply because she wore a BLM facemask. In fact, I would have been inclined to give her a standard 15% tip plus an additional tip of $25. On the ticket, I would have made it clear that I appreciate her "excellent service with a smile" and the additional $25 tip is to go towards buying her a new, more suitable facemask for serving the general public ...

... and remove the pink highlights from her hair and restore it back to its natural color.
Obviously, her choice of facemasks while serving the general public is a poor one, but I believe the manager of the restaurant is the one ultimately to blame because allowing your servers to wear anything that is overtly, in-your-face hostile towards a significant portion of your patrons is just asking for trouble and ridiculously stupid.
