It did not take long to determine that that garcia fella was an illegal alien and that at least one judge thought he was a gang member. Then the fact that the El-Salvadorans put him in a high security prison suggested (to me) that maybe he was not an 'innocent' in any way shape or form AND the El Salvadorans believed he belonged in their jail.
