Aside from vegetables, meals tend to be • bean burritos (nonfat tortillas, refried beans, low fat sour cream, hot sauce), • condensed mushroom soup with evaporated milk, • tunafish sandwiches (tuna, keto bread, relish, low fat cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise). I thought I'd be eating a lot of oatmeal but stopped when micro pointed out that they're high in carbs.
My wife made salmon and baked brussels sprouts in honey-garlic sauce tonight... delicious.
Speaking of "pulses," we bought some canned black beans a while back, but I'm not sure where they went. That actually sounds pretty good.
