Are there research study sources cited? Some of those look reasonable to me, but most of those recommendations sound pretty far out there (no evidence) to me. E.g., "No Grains except for White Rice"? WHITE rice? Brown rice I might believe a bit more. As for artificial sweeteners, there is a ton of evidence they are all bad -- certainly that there are much safer, more natural sweeteners.

I agree with the fried foods and processed meats

Here, in a nutshell, is what the video has to say:

1)  No Fried Foods. Do Air Fried and Baked foods instead.

2)  No Processed Meats (Sausages, canned sandwich meats, etc.)

3)  No Grains except for White Rice.

4)  No Pasteurized Dairy Products. Instead Raw A2 Milk or Coconut Milk.

5)  No Bad Plant-Based Milks. Get unsweetened versions with few ingredients. Good options include Raw A2 Dairy Milk, Coconut Milk, Macadamia Milk.

6)  No Processed Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners.
I can't say that #6's ban on artificial sweeteners makes much sense to me. Some of them, like Sucralose, cannot be digested. So where's the harm?
