Here the difference between Costco, which is three miles away, and the closest name brand station, an EXXON, about a half mile away, is usually 60 to 70 cents, so driving the three miles is worth it. Besides, we now get 5% back on our Costco Visa card for gas purchased at Costco versus only 4% back for gas purchased at other stations.
Costco was still at $4.899 when I last filled up, but that was on 4/7, so it maybe went up a bit since.. Chevron here is $5.199 everywhere... Use so little, it's not a big deal if I go there, rather than drive 10 miles up the road to Costco...
