BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Shri Thanedar pounces on Donald tRump's wounded administration by introducing devastating articles of impeachment against him.

"We cannot wait for more damage to be done. Congress must act," stated Thanedar, adding that Trump is "unfit to serve as President and represents a clear and present danger to our nation's constitution and our democracy."
His articles of impeachment lay out an incredibly compelling case for removing this authoritarian from power, citing obstruction of justice, abuse of power, usurpation of power, bribery, and corruption.
Specifically, the articles mention Trump's lawless abuse of his deportation powers — a gross overreach that has resulted in innocent people being unlawfully trafficked by the government to El Salvador — as well as his "dismantling" of Congressionally established agencies, his imposition of "damaging tariffs," and his threatening of "military invasion against sovereign nations."
Thanedar also cited Trump's attacks on the First Amendment and his relentless efforts to "erode civil liberties."
These articles mark the first time in 2025 that a House Democrats has moved to impeach Donald Trump or a member of his failed administration.
While the efforts will almost certainly fail due to Republican control of the House and Senate, it puts them in the politically untenable spot of having to defend Trump as his policies destroy this country.
While Republicans continue to violate their oaths, Democrats cannot afford to be lax in upholding their duties. Donald Trump should be impeached and any effort to do so must be celebrated.
