You can delegate authority, but not responsibility.

Try reading a tad more thoroughly, CTJ - the NTSB releases of public info were in (in three segments) posted - and rcontained the contents of the ACTUAL fdr and cvr.

Hyup - BRILLIANT - closing speed of two objects at over three hundred NPH - and it's "hey, be on the lookout for and pass behind. Oh, and don't worry about that there colliding vectors I put ya'll on - you jis be careful now, and pass behind that udder bloke.

Hyup - that there is just the highest quality traffic control we've ever seen.
