It's a pretty rare auction that tells you anything. Usually, they let the photos do the talking. I think they avoid accusations of misrepresentation that way.

In the case of this lot, I see no expiration dates. All the salsa kit has are spices. They'll probably still be good... but, if they aren't, it doesn't look like they'll be hard to replace.

I don't know about the barbecue sauce kit. They didn't provide a photo of the back of the box!

If I remember, I'll let you know on Saturday.

However, the jars lids, and vegetable slicer might make it all worth while. (Plus instruction pamphlet. Could probably get recipes on line though.)
