I love good pulled pork BBQ especially with Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce...

Montgomery Inn is a highly regarded very old restaurant in the suburbs of Cincinnati in Old Montgomery.

It is recognized as THE PLACE to go for fine dining and great Ribs and BBQ.

My son in law has a huge smoker and he is prone to cooking goodly sized pork and making BBQ out of it..

I love southern food on the meat side of things.

I have no clue when you guys decided to boil maggots and then eat them but to me that is simply revolting..

Other than that and whatever "chitlins" actually is, I enjoy the restaurants of my southern hosts and diners.

BTW ZIM,

I am coming to Virginia Beach sometime in the next few months for awhile to be with my grandsons who are getting older and involved in sports. The eldest is a really good Basketball shooting forward with great 3 point range and accuracy. His team won a title at a big invitational Tournament in Lancaster, PA.

Iffen its possible I would love to meet you while I'm there. We're flying in to NORFOLK and renting a car a little later from now.

I'll keep ya posted as details evolve..

Something tells me Micro does not know how to appreciate Farts, Barbecue, or Grits. For the record, I like Barbecue and Grits. (Though not necessarily in the same meal.) And the flies can have all the farts. Zim.
