Unauthorized entry into the United States is a federal crime under 8 U.S.C. § 132

In 2019, an immigration judge determined that Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was illegally in the United States and issued a removal order against him. However, the judge also granted him a "withholding of removal" to El Salvador, finding that he faced a likelihood of persecution if returned there, which prevented his deportation to that country.
Garcia admitted that he entered the U.S. illegally sometime in 2011

20 million illegals in the United States and the resistance wants to take every removal case up to SCOTUS. They think it’s some kind of big conspiracy dreamed up by Trump’s Nazi regime to remove brown and black skinned people. The democrats think ICE are a bunch of White Supremacist. AOC and Jasmine

MT > INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

Except, Garcia is already known to have entered the country illegally. Which is a crime.

Now I'll agree that sending him to a maximum security prison in El Salvador is pretty harsh ...

But if he really is innocent . . why hasn't El Salvador released him?

Or, if El Salvador DOES want him for something . . why can't I find anything about that? Oh, right, the 'MSM' is working all out to keep me from finding anything.
