Now same people are bitching that Trump’s deporting them to fast. That we need to give the illegals another “their day in court”.
Now it’s gonna take decades to kick them out.
Wrong on all counts, if that was directed at me.
1.) I said that at only 1,000 (not a 100 or so) it would take over 3 years to deport 1,000,000 - and over 30 years to deport the 10 million plus that Brandon imported illegally.
2.) NEVER said we need to give illegals 'their day in court'.
3. What I did say is that the executive branch can legally deport illegal aliens.
4. I will say this, that US immigration law on deportations MUST BE FOLLOWED, no matter how 'inconvenient' it may be to follow the law. If that means that the law demands they have 'their day in court' - so be it. Tough. Don't like it - then change the LAWS governing it.
5. I did say that, although the deportations by the executive branch ARE LEGAL, the imprisonment of illegal aliens WITHOUT A TRIAL, is absolutely illegal, UNConstitutional, and, will add, despotic.
The imprisonment of them on foreign soil BY THE UNITED STATES, being PAID FOR BY THE UNITED STATES, DOES NOTHING TO ALLEVIATE THE CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR A TRIAL, WITH DEFENSE COUNCIL, AND A CONVICTION.
The DOJ and PAM BONDI are on the WRONG END OF THE STICK, without a leg to stand on in the GARCIA CASE. And their current excuses and court filings are an absolute embarrassment.
The following is UNDISPUTED TRUTH:

WHEN PAM BONDI AND THE DOJ F*CK UP THIS BADLY - THEY MUST OWN IT - not play chickensh*t games attempting to sidestep it, justify it, pass the buck or pretend that they can not FIX IT. They can, and They must.
They got a STAY on the current return orders - but it is a time limited stay. ROBERTS HANDED THEM A TIME LIMITED GIFT - THEIR DAY OF RECKONING WILL RESULT IN AN OVERWHELMING SCOTUS DECISION AGAINST THEM ON THIS MATTER.
You don't chase a bad hand with unlimited raises.
It is time for Bondi and the DOJ to own up to their screw up, swallow the foul tasting medicine and then get back to cleaning up the house.
Bad news doesn't get better with age. Better to take your medicine now than embarrass yourselves (and fire up the left, justifiably in this case) even more.
If you want to DEPORT illegal aliens, FINE - deport them.
IF you want to IMPRISON illegal aliens, don't try to subvert the United States Legal System by paying a foreign country to imprison them for you. That is a banana republic move to the max.

I am still calling for the ARREST, TRIALS, AND CONVICTIONS of the judges, jailors, prosecutors, FBI agents and CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS that were behing those UNCONSTITUTIONAL FELONY BREACHES of US Citizens rights.
