I think whether a library carries such books would depend upon the content of individual books, wouldn't it?

Books for minors are not a free-for-all category. So you need some rules, especially around age. But I don't have the time or capacity to figure what they ought to be. Or whether the same rules work for L, G, B, T and Q+.

I expect I wouldn't agree with the opinions of those in America either on the further left or the right over such things, the choice usually being between someone identifying as woke or as rabid Christian, neither of which is appealing to me.
