Setting aside a Trump collapse, this is a simple election. He has 47% baked in. Anyone who is in that 47% knows what they are getting. He can rape another woman. It makes no difference. There's also no one else who he can get.

Kamala needs the 53% that's left. She has to prevent him from making her seem too left wing, too bad of a person etc, and also to make sure the danger and declining brain of Trump makes him appear unelectable.

While she needs Dems to be enthusiastic, the more she has policy messages that centrist Republicans will find appealing the better because that's where the 6% margin lies.

She might also build a few bridges to large businesses too. They are not "the enemy".

The other factor is turn-out and the ground game, which Dems are good at.
