The government is intent upon using force to stop them and thinks the rioters are bad people and racially-motivated.
What a mess.
Many people are legitimately concerned by illegal immigration that is out-of-control. They are not racially-motivated. And they are not impressed by the government's response.
Some people are racially-motivated and violent. Putin appears to be stoking their grievances. Our goverment needs to find a way to defend our informational borders from Russia. Same goes for every country it is targetting.
But we don't want violence as a reponse.
And the teenager is British, regardless of where his parents are from. And thank goodness he didn't have access to a gun.
