Shouldn't they have votes on one thing rather than two quite different ones wrapped together?
I imagine many people won't vote yes because they don't wish to answer in the same way for both parts of the question the ballot offers. And so perhaps some Christian women don't vote for the abortion rights they wish for because they disagree with the gender rights that are attached.
