Juror # 10 was on the phone with CNN.
He thinks Hunter should NOT go to jail.
He thinks if Hunter took the gun back at the time when it was retrieved after it was thrown away it would not have gone to trial.
When asked if he wanted it ack at the time, he said no and didn't press any charges against his girlfriend for throwing it away.
He didn't think it was a good decision having Naomi his daughter on the stand.
