It's already clear that his second term would be a dictatorship. And that Republicans support the idea.

The old notion that Americans generally are fiercely democratic, elevate freedom and believe in the rule of law is now entirely extinguished.

The only question is whether 1930s Germany succeeds in taking over the USA in the 2020s or the tide finally turns away from the Trump personality cult towards a more traditional idea of what conservatism is.

Clever, but not going to happen

He is suppose to be interviewed soon, so a report can be made for the judge.

Now some say if he doesn't sit for the interview, the judge can take offense & it won't bode well for his sentencing. Others say, knowing his attitude he has nothing to gain by sharing his thoughts.

I think the info/report will be passed to the judge on 6/23.

Looks like a lose-lose.

The way he's been ranting about revenge & slamming the judicial system & judges, Merchan would do us all a favor to send him away for mental evaluation...
