Many public bathrooms here are unisex.

Many schools are different, with assigned labels.

There are some classrooms with a solo bathroom for the little ones.

Gyms are men or women locker rooms with the toilets & showers.

Do something positive.

Seems like the UK is moving towards a biological treatment of the sexes in key situations like access to changing rooms and loos.

This, regardless of whether someone has had gender reassignment surgery.

I have to say, I don't have an opinion on the rightness or wrongness of this.

Definitely in favour of biology pre-surgery.

It may be easier simply to offer unisex loo options than try to thread the needle through the sensitivities of trans people who want access and of many women who want a biological-female-only zone.

It's a bit easier in sports where biology has to be employed for female sports to make any sense.
