Andrew Weissman is a regular on MSNBC, always insightful.

He wonders why Trump's team hasn't utilized the woman lawyer.

Andrew said she's excellent & has far more experience then the men.

Do something positive.

Great notes and summary by Andrew Weissman.

Assuming the jury is honest and is listening, the case against Trump is pretty much unanswerable in my opinion, whatever the defence says.

The evidence stacks up via Pecker, Hicks and Cohen, as well as his own signed cheques, that he did exactly what the prosecutions says he did, both knowingly and willingly. It was a violation of election and tax law, even if he was possibly also trying to hide things from his wife.

So the judge will have to decide what the punishment will be. And then Trump will appeal to run down the clock again.
