It is Putin's ally. As is its actual speaker, Trump, whose puppet the nominal speaker is.
This is who Trump is, pure and simple. Friend to the worst people.
For this reason, Europe now has to become a major military power because we cannot rely on the US.
It will also mean, of course, that America will no longer be able to rely on support when it has problems, such as after 9/11.
It will be more expensive for everyone on both sides of the Atlantic. And all because Republican voters live in an upside down universe.
