BREAKING: Supreme Court allows Texas immigration law
The Supreme Court allowed Texas to enforce a new law that gives local police the power to arrest migrants and empowers state judges to deport them. The court rejected an emergency request from the Biden administration that said states don’t have the authority to legislate on immigration and that the federal government has sole responsibility over the issue.
