When Trump says E Jean made fake accusations, that is, of course, undoubtedly defamatory. It is precisely why she sued him and won $90m.
The only thing is, she'd have to do the whole court thing again, which is stressful.
She's already won the defamation lottery. So the extra money is neither here nor there, IMO.
I guess there's not much more work to do to take him to court again. The only thing to add to the case is the latest outburst. So all the court has to decide is how much more to add to the ticket. To that extent, maybe go for it. A slandering fool and his money are soon parted.
