and let's not forget Bush Vs Gore, they decided to stop counting in FOUR DAYS!

Unlike having a hearing on 4/22, then giving their decision at the end of June, if we're lucky.

But, after the election, Colorado could reject him, right?
Especially of he's found guilty.
They only need to keep him on the ballot, right???

We've already seen that holding sitting presidents to account doesn't work because congress is not a court that interprets the law impartially.

So 14.3 will never be activated.

It's a shame your SCOTUS is so useless, but there it is.

Also, note the inconsistency. It's states rights for abortions because that works for the GOP. And it's congress over elections because that suits the GOP.
