In Florida they are building hundreds and hundreds of apartment buildings. As you drive down the interstate both sides construction of apartments. This has been going on for years. I see this and wonder where are all the people coming from to fill these apartments/condos.

I think I know!

Do ya think there is a connection between the millions of illegals Biden is bringing into America and all this building going on?

Do you think the federal government is subsidizing this construction?

The City of Monterey is rolling out the new Rental Inventory program and your participation is required. The cost of registration is $50 per unit. All residential rental property owners must register.

So as a landlord you’re required to register with the city each and every apartment, house, dwelling that you rent. The cost to register is $50 per unit. Landlords are required to provide the address, the sq ft, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, rent you charge per month, and current occupancy.

I suppose this is the city getting prepared to take control of housing.
