All that number says, as good as it is, is that prices will continue riding at that percentage, and nothing else.
Prices that have gone up will take a long time to come down if ever. Some will. Competition works in good ways. We’ll see.
The American people are ignorant, clueless of the details and meaning of most stuff, including the Constitution, the courts, etc.
The fact that they deny a multitude of court decisions made by all kinds of judges across the land, means they have no appreciation of the single thing that brought this country to its greatness from the lawlessness of the Wild West: The judiciary and obeying the laws on the books.
