Does America have enough armed guards to protect all citizens from gun violence?

Plus, are the armed guards citizens or aliens? I ask because I'm thinking he means citizen armed guards, who will also have to be protected by armed guards. And those armed guards guarding the armed guards will also need armed guards. And so on.

Pretty soon, you are going to need some serious number of immigrants to keep supplying armed guards, until the entire world is involved in protecting everyone from everyone else.
