I expect they have, which is why they have such intrusive politics.

It will be appealed, whatever the judge in Texas decides. And then it will head towards SCOTUS. Oh dear. My guess is, based on what is now precedent, SCOTUS will overturn a nationwide ban but will allow states to ban these pills.

America is a bit like Iran. A theocratic state. Only there, they have mullahs and in the US it's Catholic judges.

There is a judge in Texas, appointed by Trump who is deciding if that pill will be banned NATIONWIDE!

The folks that took this to court shopped around for this judge.

I wonder when sane people will leave these extreme states...
