He has appointed Jack Smith, to investigate Trump, and he's been very busy.

Garland was appointed & expected to de-politicalize the DOJ.

Of course after 1/6 that is nearly impossible.

He would've been much better on the Supreme Court.

Another screwup by McConnell.

He seems unable to decide to prosecute the man responsible for the most obvious coup attempt in US history.

It's becoming a joke. He's going to find an i to dot or a t to cross forever.
