She's throwing in sexual assault too.

This is the new normal in America. Anything for money. It's the primary motive and certainly matters more than integrity for many.

I hate to be so cynical, but we keep seeing this. I always provisionally assume it's reputational extortion nowadays. Balance of probabilities doesn't work. And "believe the woman" is far less useful than "follow the money" as a philosophy.

In separate court filings obtained by The Post, Herman is suing Woods for wrongful eviction and seeking $30 million in actual and consequential damages.

Imagine, a 6 year relationship... 30 million, geez
