EXCLUSIVE: 6-year-old who shot teacher in Virginia won’t face charges, prosecutor says
The 6-year-old Virginia boy who shot his elementary school teacher will not be charged, Newport News Commonwealth's Attorney Howard Gwynn told NBC News. Gwynn has yet to decide whether any adults associated with the case could be held criminally liable.
