The advertised quantities of equipment didn't appear. The planes, tanks, artillery, missiles nowhere to be seen.
I suspect they don't exist. Putin was bluffing to try and get a ceasefire on the current battle line, which he desperately wants for a new border.
But he's going to have to defend against Western tanks fairly soon. I doubt that will turn out well for him and his armies will be rolled back to the old border, if they don't turn around and seek to oust Putin. That's the most interesting possible future.
