Well.
I wondered out and did some measuring in the driveway..
I have almost 5 inches of "heavy" wet snow laying there.
The good news is I have a middle linebacker from the local university coming over to remove that snow.. Son in law is coming also as well as my grand daughter who is the starting catcher and Thirdbaseman at the university she attends.. (when she is not catching and needs a rest she becomes the third baseman because she is better than the one they recruited to play third at that position also.
She has a cannon for an arm.. She has picked off five players from other teams at first base leading off a tad too much. She doesn;t give it away either. She snap throws from squat on a line to first base.
Nobody has successfuly stolen second on her either..
A very talented and yet semi shy young lady who makes grandpa very proud of her..
As does my grandson... Those kids have their heads screwed on straight... Am very happy with them both.
