I don't really know too much about Sally Yates.
But Garland's move to hire a special counsel was to avoid taking a decision himself. He should have appointed such a person long ago if it wasn't to waste time and avoid responsibility.
To me they look cowardly. Brutal downwards. Simpering upwards.
Trump found this out when he was in charge. And they are still the same people who caved when he knocked.
This can't be rocket science. He fomented a coup and set up the conditions to make it possible. A coup attempt happened. He stole secret documents. He refused to return them. They found them in his house. How much more proof do they need?
