The only thing they are united by is hatred for the Dems. They have no constructive policies. They'd probably say they believe in leaning against government expansion or towards contraction, which is a legitimate aim. But that's not what they actually say. They say government is wicked and they do what they can to damage it. That's just anarchy, which is a useless doctrine.
