I run windows 7 pro on my desktop in my office. I have not had any blue screens of death. In fact, I have had almost zero problems. Not completely problem free but did have one error that had nothing to do with the operating system.

Now, I run some programs that get rids of crap from the computer every day. I keep it clean. So my experience with this operating system seems to be totally different than yours. Windows 10 is what is on my HP Laptop . Aside from all the crap HP wants to install on the computer the operating system has been very stable.

I still prefer my windows 7 pro to the windows 10 though.

Sometime I still want to build me another desktop and install one of the linux distros like MINT on the hard drive like Zim uses. I am not saying Zim uses Mint, but one of the Linux distros and quite successfully.


MAybe 2023 might be the year... Will see. I will call on Zim to assist me when I run into trouble! lol!!!

Hey, if it can be messed up, I am confident that I can do it!

Say what you want about Windows 10, but it's incredibly stable. I don't think it's locked up like that even once in several years. The worst I've ever seen it do is to fail to shut down when I wanted it to, and that hasn't happened very many times.
