Governor Gretchen Whitmer is getting a lot of good press.

Her life was threatened, men are in prison for planning to kidnap her. She held strong.

She made sure 'abortion' was on the table, to vote for in this election.

The state of Michigan is now all BLUE, a first in 40 years.

I'm not sure if she would be the best choice, but she's worth watching.


Do something positive.

and US democracy stays, it was a helluva valuable election.

Now the Dems need to find themselves an appealing candidate: another governor, perhaps.

But frankly, if we can rely on the GOP to respect election results again, and parties can win and lose power, then the biggest worry is over.
