He says Russia was always conciliatory and the West rejected his friendliness.
He says he's never threatened use of nuclear weapons.
He says Ukraine in planning to use a dirty bomb.
He says he's showing that the West is no longer in control of the world because of his invasion.
Reality exactly backwards.
Putin's invasion, Putin's responsibility, Putin's hostility in the face of friendliness, Putin's threats, with the result that Russia's influence is much diminished.
He may see it as KGB statecraft. Maybe the KGB needs to learn a new craft. It only makes him look like a nutcase. He's a perfect reverse weathervane. Nothing he ever says is true.
