Here's the story I picked up about Russians surrendering. Numbers not given in the newspaper, but I read 300 conscript soldiers mutinied. They were treated as cannon fodder by Putin.

Finding themselves in a horrid situation, without sufficient weapons and ammo to fight and yet put in the firing line, they killed the commander who threatened them with execution if they retreated.

They rang up the Ukrainian hotline and surrendered. Good for them. Right decision. You don't need to die for a sociopath.

Yes. That's one sign that Kherson is falling.

There's also a story going around that 300 Russians have surrendered. And a fair number of new videos of captured ammunition stockpiles. It sounds like widespread erosion. But I don'tt know how to tell when a collapse is imminent.
