As I understand it, she sold off her half of a vineyard in breach of their agreement. Instead of simply admitting it, she's throwing reputational mud at him to get him to back down. It reflects horribly on her, in my view. But it does damage to him and ruins whatever coparenting possibilities they still had, which is costly for their children.
